Mannnnn this pizza!
For me personally it’s never just about one thing why your pizza might be fucking delicious, because I cook every fuckign day :) i’ve become obsessed over the years on how we can improve our pizza here at ferro.
from sourdough starters, learning other methods to improve structure, how much hydration and so forth.
Ingredients are very important of coarse but the flour and how you deal with your dough is also the key to what really matters the most.
anyways enough of me ranting :) the pizza was very good and simple! throw it on a special for the weekend here.
